DEVELOPMENT OF WELDING TRAINING

EveryWeld develops welding teaching and learning material in cooperation with Savon Vocational College and Cavitar Oy .
Cavitar's welding camera enables simultaneous training for a larger group, if necessary, by offering a precise, detailed view of the welding process. Work steps can also be returned to later with the help of a recording.

HitLeap - Welding productivity leap - in the project at Savo Vocational School

In the project, the goal is to improve and develop the productivity, efficiency and well-being of the welding companies in the region, as well as the competence of the personnel in different subject areas.

The project aims to improve the cooperation of operators in the Savo region and to encourage companies to invest in technological applications that generate added value. The project focuses on:
- welding automation, robotics and quality control
- programming techniques
- digital tools
- development of welding processes
- welding more challenging materials
- the environmental effects of materials and production

Implementation period: 1 September 2023 – 31 August 2025
